Technology User Needs Assessment, TUNASS®

The Technology User Needs Assessment is a front-end design analysis technique. This methodology enables you to include in your project at an early stage all relevant themes relating to the Human Machine Interface and functionality to promote greater ease of use, health and functional efficiency.

The working environments and systems under consideration for application are Critical Human Machine Interfaces (CHMI).
In practice, ergonomics and many aspects of layout are often only considered towards the end of a project. This is a missed opportunity as it leads to a suboptimal design and thus a poorly functioning layout or working environment. And the dissatisfaction of end users.
